Schnookie ordered several pounds of meyer lemons from California to brighten up some mid-winter canning/baking activities. First up on the docket was meyer lemon & cranberry chutney and a limoncello cake with Campari frosting. Yum!
Most of our produce and meat lately has been local, but sometimes it's fun go further afield for culinary adventure.
