A good piece of advice - let your ginger juice sit for a bit before mixing up your Ginger Beer. What you see in this photo is a residue - a very thick, glue-y residue - that separates out from the juice. Luckily, getting rid of it is easy - tune in to the video (coming soon!) to find out how!
