Tiny treasures

I'm afraid I found that I'd rather eat fruit than photograph it, so I passed on today's Looking Close... on Friday group challenge. That meant I had to dip into my alternative list again and the theme picked at random was Pastel. This is a porcelain stud button, hand painted in Limoges in the late 1800s, and it's about 1" wide. Nearly all of the wild flowers have disappeared from my lawn now, but I did find this one tiny pink one. The background is the inside of a large shell.
