Spider Web Vortex

This was a shock to my eyes when I opened my curtains yesterday morning. At first I thought it was ice or snow on my front yard (see image below) and I was still half asleep - then upon close examination I realized it was spider webs that had appeared overnight - Yikes! However, they were pretty cool to look at. I was just hoping I would not come face to face with the spider that made them when I was taking these images! btw...the lighting was horrors as I was shooting in very bright morning light.

Thank you - made Explore :)
