There is plenty of room to spare. The kit shown is a Canon XSi with 17-55 attached, 70-200 f4 IS, and a 50/1.8. There is room on the other side of the 70-200.

The top of the bag (the handle of the bag) would be at the bottom left corner; the bottom of the bag (the surface the bag would sit on if it were standing upright) is at the upper right corner of the bag. The surface of the bag that would touch the wearer's back is thus along the bottom edge of the picture.
