Prosperity and the Paupers

In New York, you'll find whole stretches of retail space that go empty all at once. In midtown, there are at least two full blocks that are totally devoid of businesses-- mom and pop stores, gone. And yet, there rises the Trump building, and it's a safe bet it's not going anywhere.

I tried to show something with my composition here-- I hope it shines through.
