Loop Ice Carnival

Another oldie from the archives. Someone looked at it today, and I kind of like it as another one for my "vibrant color" set.

 

"The Loop" is not Chicago but my local neighborhood commercial district, where this Ice Carnival is one of a number of fun annual events.
