As we approach the end of the school year, I have been trying to clean up my classroom. I do not quite know how my desk got to its present state. These are some of the bizarre items found in the desk of a grade 7 teacher.
1. pink water gun ~ plastercine fish, sculpted by a student years ago ~ fisher-price phone ~ vase (made by a student from baby-bel wax?!?)
2. feathery pen ~ sandal with evil eye ~ eyeballs ~ wire sculpture made by student
3. caramel spread left over from Quebec trip ~ assorted glow in the dark skeletons ~ sewing kit ~ assorted polished stones
4. dried gourds ~ tek-deck tool, barette with cat & a fiddle, nut, screw, crab claw, christmas lights ~ stethescope ~ oragami stars
