I almost always have my big D7000 with me... almost. Recently I have begun to see how far I could push my iPhone camera, and this cliche "sunset over a lake" is great example! I couldn't believe how gorgeous the sunset was, and was so mad I didn't have my DSLR!! Not wanting to give up, I grabbed my phone, opened the Photosynth app, and took this 9 image pano! It did an absolute perfect stitch job!
I sent the picture to myself and opened it up on my iPad. Then I opened it my new favorite photo app, Snapseed from Nik. Exported right to Flickr!, no, SLR, no downloading into computer, no Lightroom, a complete iOS workflow, and check out the results! We really live in amazing times, do you realize that?
This really is not far from the real view last night either, it was beautiful!
