Medusa trigger
The connectors used to trigger two flashes simultaneously.
The big black box is (duh!) a wireless flash trigger receiver, with a PC sync outlet and a hot shoe.
On the right there is a "1 PC sync male - 2 PC sync females + hot shoe" multiplier, plugged into the wireless PC sync outlet and with 2 spiraled cords, and over it a "hot shoe to PC sync" adapter with a straight cord.
If you think this is complicate you must see the back of my computer.

La scatola nera più grande è il ricevitore del contatto remoto, con un'uscita PC sync e un contatto caldo.
A destra un moltiplicatore "1 PC sync maschio - 2 PC sync femmina + contatto caldo" inserito nell'uscita PC sync del remoto e con 2 cavi spiralati, e sopra di esso un adattatore da contatto caldo a PC sync con un cavo diritto.
Se pensate che questo sia complicato dovete vedere il retro del mio computer.
