Slicer is a Decepticon who was the free attendee figure from BotCon 2010. Here he is in sports car mode.
I didn't attend BotCon 2010 in Florida, so I originally missed out on this figure. After debating whether to get this figure through a multitude of different ways, I finally broke down and purchased him at the end of BotCon 2011 as my last purchase.
With Slicer, named Slice on the packaging, my 2010 set is now complete.
