Inveigle:

1. to entice, lure, or ensnare by flattery or artful talk or inducements (usually followed by into):
to inveigle a person into playing bridge.
2. to acquire, win, or obtain by beguiling talk or methods (usually followed by from or away)

Between errands this morning, I stopped to take a quick walk along a path near that usually has birds and squirrels hanging about and today was no exception.
There were a few different types of birds out, including a blue jay that was taunting me somewhere in the trees. He'd call out but not show himself. I searched for a while but couldn't find him, there were a few golden finches as well, but in the end, this little chickadee was most willing to pose for me.
