Eliza
Eliza lives in Inylchek, Kyrgystan. The town was based around a tin mine and was almost abandoned when the Soviet Union fell. Today around 20 families live there and the town can only be reached by crossing the Chon Ashuu pass at 3800m above sea level. We had no common language but smiled at each other and she took me to her home to meet her family.
