This Little Piggy Got Trashed On the Way Home

Usually when you see a dead pig in Hawaii it's strapped to the hood, roof, or cab of a big pickup truck because some hunter has just killed it. Oh, and they're usually a lot bigger. This must have been a hit and run, but why someone went and put the carcass in (or more like on) a trash can is beyond my comprehension and totally odd.
