sims 3 house based on real life house

not my real life house. i wish. i found this picture of an amazing house on tumblr. it can be seen here:

my version isn't exact. at all. i mostly just want to get the structural details okay.

 

i do have a light above the table, but it's not showing up because i'm too close.

 

the walls aren't white enough, neither is the shaggy rug (it's set to FFFFFF too!!).

 

i haven't changed the bed or the stove yet.

 

i need to make the floor glossier.

 

i think that this space would be a million times easier in sims 2. sims 2 has nearly the exact same lights and table.

 

and it has really white walls.
