Deep dish pizza's a dinner we have pretty regularly around here. It's not a quick meal, so it requires a day when you have some time on your hands. My recipe includes potatoes in the crust; it's unbelievably tender with crunchy crust. You can see my Widmer Hefeweizen was a part of the lunch plan.
