Land of Make Believe

It's located in Hope, NJ. I couldn't find it the first time, and I left assuming I had been the brunt of a stupid New Jersey joke. When I passed this sign this time, it meant war. I found the Land of Make Believe, but I refuse to post pictures of it:

1. It's disappointing.

2. You have to find it for yourself, just like pots of gold and unicorns.
