Christmas supplement to 'The Studio ' by Jessie M King Title 'The Lambs Play Always' 1913
Jessie Marion King Scottish Illustrator and designer 1875-1949. These are from my copy of 'The Studio - An Illustrated Magazine of Fine and Applied Art' Vol. 60 no.249 published Dec 15 1913 price 1 shilling. The supplement is called 'Seven Happy Days' and has seven of these drawings printed in gold and silver with further black and white illustrations. They are more impressive than this so I will post the rest when I work out how to photograph the gilding properly!
