If you happen to own onOne version 2.5, this very plane is used in a sample picture for the [nuclear] Fallout filter. On this particular shot, I went crazy and used an onOne Mocha Java filter for a "chocolate" sort of look, an Omaha Beach filter for a bit of a bleached look, and a Digital Fill Flash filter after running through Photomatix.
Three images each two stops apart merged in Photomatix and polished up in Photoshop CS4.
Canon 5D and Tokina 16-28mm f2.8 Pro FX lens.
