English Language Fellow William Smith participated in a Winter Teaching Methodology School. This professional development conference for English Teaching professionals was organized by FEELTA (Far Eastern English Language Teachers’ Association) and hosted by Far Eastern Federal University. Participants included local English teaching faculty from the host university as well as other English teachers of all levels from the surrounding communities.
