Flow Control

We humans built this projection to try to control the outflow of the Fraser River. Oops. Correction from James below says:

 

Actually, we built it to dump treated municipal wastewater farther (2.5 miles) out into the strait. That's a big sewer pipe in that jetty. A nice hike.
