Powerball
I got a Powerball. It's got a gyroscope inside, and you turn your wrist to get that yellow ball inside spinning (there's a readout on an LCD on the top). It's for fitness, but actually you just try to do it as fast as you can (and make the blue LEDs flash). I've not managed to break 10,000 rpm yet--when the ball is spinning fast, it's really hard to hang on. Great fun.
(On the site's messageboards, all the people who are really good at it on the first try are boys aged 14-17. Hm, I wonder why.)
