Beyond the curtain

Unknown to me, when I was taking this shot, I was the subject of not one, but two of my fellow photographers. Here are links to the shots taken by Chuck Knowles and Robert Gifford. With a view like this, I'm not really sure why they had their cameras pointed at me? ;-)

 

This shot was taken at the beginning of the outlet from Little Redfish Lake. If you look at Robert's shot below (taken at 27mm effective), you can see the effect that going super wide (17mm) had on this scene.
