The Simon Bar Sinister Plan

Clara has been watching a lot of old Underdog cartoons lately, and she has become fixated on the idea of making a real Simon Bar Sinister and having him as a little brother. Here's the plan she wrote on the whiteboard. It's the 2nd or 3rd version of the plan -- it keeps getting more complicated. Mara, who is in 2nd grade, helped Clara write out the first version a couple days ago; otherwise this is all Clara's work. (I've normalized the spelling so it's easier to read.)
