In Loving Memory of My Mom October 17, 1942-September 12, 2006.
I got this tattoo in April in memory of my mom who passed away last year of pancreatic cancer. None of us (not even her) knew she was sick until it was too late. One day she went into the hospital and then a month later she was gone.
This design came from my mom's favorite painting. She loved Sun Conures more than any creature on this earth. Sometimes I think she loved HER Sun Conure more than my sister and I. ;)
I got this tattoo at Outer Limits in Long Beach located in the old Bert Grimm's shop at ThePike...it's the oldest tattoo studio in the US. I am honored to have gotten work done there. Tiffany Garcia is the artist. She's AMAZING!!!!!!!
