Orphans

This is the second time in 3 days that I've seen these two fawns close to the road and without their mother. I assume she's dead. There have been recent reports of a cougar sighting nearby and while extremely rare, it's not impossible. The poor babies have no fear. Check the focal length- 44mm. After the shot, I scared them off. Hope they make it.
