Leyland Titan PD2/1 BHL860 had a Leyland body with conventional H30/26R layout. It was one of twenty-five built for West Riding between 1948 and 1949. Thirteen had highbridge bodies similar to BHL860 and twelve were of low bridge layout seating 53. No 659 is seen at Marshgate terminus in Doncaster where services for Leeds and Pontefract, Wakefield and Askern, Selby and York were to be found before the completion of the Northern bus station, itself now replaced by the Frenchgate interchange.
