Noncommissioned officers from across the 10th Mountain Division (LI) graduated from Equal opportunity Leaders Course Class 22-01 at Fort Drum, NY on Oct. 15, 2021. Col. Michael Scarpulla, 10th Mountain Division (LI) Chief of Staff, spoke to the graduates and emphasized the importance of their role in spreading awareness about the Equal Opportunity Program.
