1-87 Infantry, Change of Command & Change of Responsibility
On January 7, 2021 the 1st Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment conducted both a change of command ceremony and a change of responsibility ceremony with LTC Erich Schneider passing the battalion colors to LTC Joel Kassulke, and CSM Jeffrey Bond passing his position to CSM Andrew Bonney. They were joined by a small gathering of immediate family and 10th Mountain Division senior leadership.
