En 1938 el arquitecto Rafael Pérez trazó junto a Martín Quijivix y Macario Ixcok su distribución final del parque, durante el gobierno de Jorge Ubico. Los antiguos jardines, fueron integrados en un solo cuerpo: El Parque de Centro América.
In 1938 the architect Rafael Perez drew with Martin Quijivix and Macario Ixcok final park distribution, during the government of Jorge Ubico. The ancient gardens were integrated into one body: The Park Central America.
