Makansutra Glutton Bay at the Esplanade was supposed to be the gathering of Singapore's best street food so I made a point to visit the place while my friends went to see the Phantom of the Opera. As I was alone, I couldn't eat much, just this. It's supposed to be from the famous stall in Orchard Road. Well, generous servings of mussels and eggs, but I think they overdid the starch. It got a bit too bland and heavy half way through.
