Dance dance dance. So green and fussy!
I'm wearing the only American Apparel purchase I ever made, I can't resist turquoise dresses. The fact that it's AA (and that there are some vivid memories attached to it) sort of keeps me from wearing it. However, when Time did an article about the best inventions of the year the section about the DNA-test featured a woman looking spectacularly awkward in the beige version of this dress with descriptions of the diseases that could be identified through the test hovering around her body. I thought I should wear my dress again, but didn't until I saw the coolest/cutest letter about the article a couple of weeks later.
It said, "When I turned to your Invention of the Year, my eye fell upon a beautiful young woman wrapped in a closely typed aura of sheer unpredictability; so I thought it wise to put the record straight. My wife got there first - decades ago." Awwwww!
The green waistcoat is old old old and I don't wear it all that much because I don't know how? Also: Zara cardigan, my mum's old scarf which is falling apart, River Island shoes which are the love of my life.
