Homemade Pot Stickers

Today's lunch was homemade pot stickers from my stepdad. He made a huge batch the last time we visited Portland, and we brought back a big bag of frozen ones. They are some of the absolute best-tasting pot stickers I've ever had. Didn't really need any dipping sauce (which is my own mix of soy sauce, ponzu, rice vinegar, ground ginger, garlic powder, chives, and chili peppers), but we had some anyway. Perfect sunday afternoon lunch.
