Berna was a swiss manufactorer based in Olten. Between 1902 and 1965 they mainly produced trucks and trolleys.
In 1965 Berna branched out in metallurgy selling the metal treatment "Bernex".
In 1976 the vehicle manufacturing part was taken over completely by Saurer.
