Day Seventy Five

Day Seventy Five 3-14-11

Song that is your “summer anthem:”

“I found God

On the corner of First and Amistad

Where the west

Was all but won

All alone

Smoking his last cigarette

I said, "Where you been?"

He said, "Ask anything".

Where were you

When everything was falling apart?

All my days

Were spent by the telephone

That never rang

And all I needed was a call

That never came

To the corner of First and Amistad

Lost and insecure

You found me, you found me

Lyin' on the floor

Surrounded, surrounded

Why'd you have to wait?

Where were you? Where were you?

Just a little late

You found me, you found me,” The Fray.

I remember this being my summer anthem last year, in fact I can't think of a day when I did not listen to this song. Needless to say I have all the lyrics memorized. Such a catchy tune, and all inspiring and what not. Anyways another lazy day sadly, going to do homework and take a walk later... For being spring break I have a substantial amount of homework that is due when I return to that place that eats the souls of small children. I'll enjoy this break while it lasts and get some shut eye in. The warmth is so nice, and I feel like I need to go swimming soon, and bask out in the sunlight, hmm maybe tomorrow. Anyone want to bask with me?
