A man climbed up to the top of the city center ornamental Sequoia, flanked by a small army of medics, police and fire services, some streets were blocked off for the 25 hour period.
I think its a pretty well known fact at this point that there is an epidemic of mental health issues amongst the legions of homeless within the USA. Because of the way the system here is setup, everything is out in the open and everything has to be amended through due process. In theory its a great idea, but due process only works for things that have a will to move forward, and in a society that is reliant on reward, somethings never get amended.
