The Wrigley Building . . .
. . . It may be a little hard to believe this was the company headquarters for a chewing gum company, plus the first air conditioned office building in Chicago. Built in 1920, it also was the first skyscraper built on the north side of the Chicago River. So it's the Grand Daddy of the Magnificent Mile!
