. . . A Snowy Owl hiding behind a small twig made me chuckle! In reality, this owl was just scratching it's chin on a rock.
I saw three owls today at the Muskegon Wastewater Facility, and met several photographers from Detroit and Big Rapids, all here to see them. Contrary to what has been reported, everyone was respectful of the birds, nobody threw rocks at them or got too close. If I would of witnessed anything like this, there would have been a confrontation!
