B R E A T H E

This place was amazing. A little known, uncelebrated National Park about an hour south of where i live and it was one of the most intense and beautiful places i have visited on the surface of this earth...

it gave me the feeling of complete tranquil thoughtlessness - as much as i try and meditate, i find it hard to truly clear my mind - but walking in this place all i could hear was each breath as i drew it in and exhaled, all i could think of was the flood of colours and textures and forms into my eyes - i was so present there i could feel my heart beating, there was no need for any thought other than pure perception... maybe it was because i felt i could be swept of the rocks at any time, by the surging ocean maybe it was because the land and sea and sky themselves felt like they were breathing... it was frightening and incredibly beautiful at the same time..
