One of the more anticipated opportunities of the weekend looked a bit shaky whether it might even happen thanks to shunting problems at Quorn, but the parallel run of the public Afghan Express with NM 25 and the enthusiast train headed by Yx 141 occurred without a hitch - and with great results!
