Real Madrid Cake

A simple 21st Cake for a young Real Madrid football fan.

Rich chocolate mud (with a good infusion of Chivas Regal Scotch), coated with dark chocolate ganache and covered with white Satin Ice fondant.

Logo printed with my new edible image printer - it is fantastic - I know I am going to get so much use out of it.
