Why did the chicken nearly get eaten by a lion ?
because he got on the wrong bus !!! We were on the bus to transport us down the gravel road to the next bus which entered the ''big cat safari'' ( where we were caged in the back with holes in mesh for camera) and 6 or so lions roamed free around you. As this vehicle pulled up at the stop, this chicken jumped off and despite lots of encouragement refused to get off.
The park rangers kicked him off at the next stop, or he would have been lion food !! and he will have had to hitch a ride on another bus back to the top again !! lol - he clucked all the way, about 3/4 mins as if singing, so funny, whilst all the time stood on this pole as it gently rolled back and forth with the movement of the bus !!
