In the framework of the International Conference on “Human Rights in the challenging 21st century: Globalizing Dignity”, (09 – 10 May) which has been organised by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights and the Embassies of Austria and the United States America in Portugal; Dialogue Café Association organised a side event on Human Rights of Refugees.
