Man at Momos Restaurant

I have a ShareAlike license on this but no model release, so use at your own risk. I shot this at 300mm and was far enough away that I don't believe this man actually realized I was taking his picture. It looks as though he was staring right at me, but was actually looking at something else. He was sitting across the room from me at a restaurant.
