Aloha Tower Marketplace
This marketplace at Honolulu harbour is adjacent to the Aloha Tower. Formerly pier buildings, they were redeveloped in 1994 as a marketplace, part of a revitalization project. However it was never profitable and by the time we visited, was almost completely empty. Hawaii Pacific University recently purchased the property and is planning to convert it into student dormitories.
