Genesis on stage
Genesis formed as a band in 1967 they went through several incarnations. Their popularity was at its peak in the late 80s and early 90s when Phil Collins want from being the drummer to being the lead singer after Peter Gabriel left for a solo career.
After having a long break the band went on a reunion tour in 2007. This was shot on the last concert on the European leg of the tour. A free open-air concert at the circus maximum attracting an estimated roughly half a million people during a hot summer evening.
