In a sacred moment of doubt maybe…

The lord looked up to heaven…

his body ever so exhausted

his soul desperate to resurrect

yet pleading…

 

“Why father, why did you abandon me”

…

 

The orphans, God’s children…I thought

their exhausted faces,

by a mildewed dream from within

decade in a garden of passion

Fatigued…

surrendered in the land of temples…

I looked up, shed a tear… For a moment

I screamed quietly…

 

“Why father, why did you ever abandon them”
