Friday kicked off my hometowns annual Homecoming weekend festivities. Carnival rides, parade and a beer tent. Oh, and don't forget the bingo. And corn dogs. And lemonade shake ups. I think you get the picture. That evening, Emily competed in the Miss Nokomis pageant and had her very own photographer in attendance. She ended up placing first runner up! Congratulations Emily!!
