Bennington Battle and Colonel Seth Warner Monuments (Bennington Town, Vermont)
Dedicated in 1891, this obelisk commemorates the Revolutionary War battle of Bennington in which the Yankees, led by General Stark and Colonel Warner, thwarted the British, led by General Burgoyne. It is today administered by the Vermont Historic Sites Commission.
The structure was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
