SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 8, 2012) 'Scrub' the cow, the official mascot of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) stands on the port side with other Sailors during a replenishment at sea with Military Sea Lift Commandâs Fleet Replenishment Oiler USNS Walter S.
